I didn't take the normal path to this.
I spent 20+ years as a Master Trainer building my own fitness business from nothing. Before that I was a bouncer at 21, a paralegal for eight years in medical malpractice, and a web designer running my own branding shop. Every chapter taught me something the last one couldn't: how to read people, how to document like lives depend on it, how to design things that actually work, and how to show up every single day.
Then at 44, a client I'd trained for five years, who happened to own an aerospace company, told me to go learn VHDL and offered me a job. I walked away from the only career I'd ever known, taught myself firmware engineering, and within months I was designing FAA-certified avionics hardware. I've shipped safety-critical systems for Collins Aerospace and helped land a pilot program at Mayo Clinic.
FIA is all of that, combined. Design instincts from a lifetime of creative work. Engineering precision from aerospace. Business sense from two decades of running my own thing. And the conviction that AI isn't here to replace the human element. It's here to amplify it.
It's also why I don't see marketing as a pile of separate tactics. I see your visibility the way I'd see any system: parts that have to work together, engineered toward one outcome.
So when you hire FIA, you're not getting a faceless agency or a junior handed your account. You're getting me, someone who's genuinely worn a lot of hats and knows what it takes to be found instead of missed.
A prompt doesn't read the room. I do.
